Petrochem Group's team of experts provides a comprehensive Lubrication Schedule, including a comprehensive operational overview, analysis of applicable lubricating oils and lubricants, their condition monitoring programs and replacement procedures.
The primary purpose of a lubrication maintenance schedule template is to eliminate errors and optimize equipment performance. Petrochem, in cooperation with BP Engineering, executed lubrication schedules for the following projects: Chirag-1, Central Azeri PDQ, CWP, West Azeri, East Azeri, Sangachal Terminal Phase 1 and 2, Shah Deniz (Onshore and Onshore), PCWU and DUQ.
The way these Lubrication Schedules are designed helps to minimize the cost used in various applications by taking into account the requirements and availability of Equipment manufacturers. The new Lubrication Schedule software was developed by Castrol Offshore and is being implemented for the Company's assets. This new comprehensive method is based on Castrol's global database.
