The team of experts at “Petrochem Group” provides a comprehensive “Lubrication Schedule”, including a complete operational review, a study of the applied lubricating and grease oils, their condition-monitoring programmes and replacement procedures.

The main purpose of the lubrication maintenance schedule is to eliminate errors and optimise equipment performance. In cooperation with “BP Engineering”, “Petrochem” has delivered lubrication schedules for the following projects: Chirag-1, Central Azeri PDQ, CWP, West Azeri, East Azeri, Sangachal Terminal Phases 1 and 2, Shah Deniz (Offshore and Onshore), PCWU and DUQ.

This method of compiling lubrication schedules — taking into account equipment manufacturers’ requirements — helps minimise the costs used across various programmes. The new Lubrication Schedule programme was developed by “Castrol Offshore” and is applied to the Company’s assets. This new comprehensive method is based on the global database of the “Castrol” brand.
